The parish community of Our Lady of the Eucharist, Pittston, recently celebrated First Holy Communion. Having completed a two-year preparation program, nine children received their First Holy Communion at the 11 a.m. Mass on Sunday, May 5, 2013. The Coordinator of Religious Education is Sister Mary Ann Cody, IHM. Mrs. Diane Morris serves as catechist for the second grade. Liturgical music was under the direction of Mr. Michael Sowa. Rev.
