Mallory Gable and Ryan Matthew Lacomis were united in marriage on June 6 at the Westmoreland Club, Wilkes-Barre, by the Rev. Robert Provitera.
The bride is the daughter of Robert and Diane Gable, Hughestown. She is the granddaughter of Ann Marie Gable, Pittston and the late Robert A. Gable and the late Grace and George Wilchinski.
The groom is the son of Thomas Lacomis, Dupont, and the late Ellen Lacomis. He is the grandson of the late Anna and Stanley Lacomis and the late John McHugh and Doreen Stassi.
The bride was escorted down the aisle and given in marriage by her parents. She chose her friend, Brianne Smithonic, as her maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Melanie DeAngelo and Mackenzie Gable, sisters of the bride; and Jessica Donahue, friend of the bride.
The groom chose his friend, Matthew Francis, as his best man. Groomsmen were Justin Lacomis, brother of the groom; and Timothy Gronski and Matthew Smith, friends of the groom.
An evening cocktail hour and reception were held at the Westmoreland Club. The bride was honored at a bridal shower held at the Tripp House, Scranton.
The bride is a graduate of Marywood University with a master’s degree in speech language pathology. She is employed by Aegis Therapies, Wilkes-Barre.
The groom is a graduate of Johnson College with an associate’s degree in biomedical equipment technology. He is employed by Tobyhanna Army Depot.
The couple will honeymoon in the Riviera Maya, Mexico, in November. They reside in Dupont.
