Nicole Chiavacci and Todd Tarnalicki were united in marriage on Sept. 27, 2014 at St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church, Laflin, by the Rev. Monsignor Neil J. Van Loon.

The bride is the daughter of Richard and Carmella Chiavacci, Wyoming. She is the granddaughter of the late Sam Morreale, Wyoming and Celia Pisaneschi, West Pittston.

The groom is the son of Anthony and Doreen Tarnalicki, Plains Township. He is the grandson of the late Andrew and Josephine Kalemba, Plains Township.

The bride was given in marriage by her father. She chose her sister, Maria Alba, as her matron of honor; and her niece, Jordan Chiavacci, as her maid of honor.

Bridesmaids were Katelyn Yanora and Corinne Fanelli, cousins of the bride; and Beth Tarnalicki and Jillian Milcavage, friends of the bride.

The groom chose his brother, Anthony Tarnalicki, as his best man.

Groomsmen were Ryan Lewis, Steve Fox, Nicholas Kandrac, Mark Spittel and Nicholas Dabbieri, friends of the groom.

Ringbearers were Sam Fredmonski, son of the bride; and Tyler and Brayden Tarnalicki, nephews of the groom.

Readings were given by Diane Morreale, godmother of the bride, and Michael Alba, godson and nephew of the bride.

An evening cocktail hour and reception were held at the Via Appia, Main Street, Taylor. A wedding rehearsal dinner, hosted by parents of the groom, was held at Costello’s in Kingston. A bridal shower, hosted by mothers of the bride and groom and bridesmaids, was held at A Touch of Class, Wilkes-Barre.

The couple honeymooned in Disney World and is planning a weekend trip to celebrate their one-year anniversary. They reside in Exeter.
