Felicia Featherby and Andrew R. Majak, together with their families, are happy to announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Annamarie Selecky, of West Wyoming, and Russell J. Featherby of Moscow. She is the granddaughter of Anthony C. Tavella and the late Angeline Tavella, of Pittston, and the late Russell and Mary Featherby, of Scranton.

Miss Featherby is a 2008 graduate of Wyoming Area High School. She is a 2012 graduate of Kutztown University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in elementary education. She is currently employed as an Assistant Toddler Teacher in Watertown, New York.

The prospective groom is the son of Walter and Kristine Majak, of Clayton, New York. He is the grandson of Stanley Majak and the late Margaret Majak, of Watertown, New York and the late Edward and Elizabeth Reilly of Paulsboro, New Jersey.

Mr. Majak is a 2004 graduate of Watertown High School, Watertown, New York. He is a 2008 graduate of Cornell University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences. He is a 2012 graduate of Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine where he obtained a doctorate in podiatric medicine. Andrew completed his surgical residency at Geisinger Community Medical Center, Scranton. Andrew recently joined his father in practice in Watertown, New York.

The couple was engaged on May 2, 2015 and will exchange vows in July 2016.
