The West Pittston Cherry Blossom Festival will be selling banners as a fundraiser for the festival and for the community of West Pittston. The banners are $150 for the first year with a renewal of $50 annually. The deadline to order is Monday, Feb. 22, and checks can be payable to Toni Valenti, 316 Damon St., W. Pittston, PA 18643.
