The Wyoming Valley Woman’s club awarded an educational scholarship to Haley Norwillo, of Duryea. Norwillo is the daughter of John and Holly Norwillo and a senior from the Pittston Area School District. She will enter the Honor Program in the fall at Chestnut Hill College, Philadelphia, majoring in forensic psychology.
