The 100th year banner being displayed outside St. Michael’s the Archangel Byzantine Catholic Church. The parish will continue the celebration with its 19th annual flea market and ziti dinner from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 1 and Sunday, Aug. 2.

PITTSTON — The 100 year celebration continues at St. Michael Byzantine Catholic Church when it presents its 19th annual flea market and ziti dinner from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 1 and Sunday, Aug. 2 at the church, 205 North Main St., Pittston.

The event will feature homemade special ethnic foods such as piggies, pirohi and halushki, along with other specials at the decorative food bar.

A bake sale will be featured under the tent outside the parish on Aug. 1 with homemade delicacies.
