DUPONT —The Sacred Heart of Jesus Church Annual Family Parish Picnic will be held from Thursday, July 30 until Saturday, Aug. 1 at the parish grounds location, 215 Lackawanna Ave.

The bazaar will open at 6 p.m. each evening with live entertainment featuring John Steven’s Doubleshot on Thursday and Friday and Joe Stanky and His Cadets on Saturday.

Noted for its homemade Polish foods, the picnic features three kind of pierogi – potato, cabbage and cheese, piggies, haluski, kielbasa and potato pancakes plus hot dogs, hamburgers, French fries, pizza, sausage and peppers and wimpies.

Games for all ages, including a kiddie game corner, bingo, theme baskets, doll, variety and plush animals stands, food baskets and much more will also be available.
