LAFLIN — The St. Maria Goretti Church festival started Friday, July 24 and continues today, July 26, and will include $3,400 in cash prizes, gift baskets, bingo, bake sale, pony rides, gift card showcase, kids’ corner and ethnic and traditional foods. The event is held rain or shine, under tents.
