Patches of fog can be expected in the early mornings, but sunshine and hot temperatures will be dominate in the afternoon hours for today, Wednesday and Thursday.
The National Weather Service reported that it was 48 degrees at 6:54 a.m. at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport with sunny skies.
Conditions for tonight will be clear with a low of 53 degrees.
Foggy patches can be expected before 9 a.m. on Wednesday but will make way for sunny skies with a high of 82 degrees while Wednesday night will be clear with a low of 56 degrees.
Thursday morning will see patches of fog before 8 a.m. and sunny skies in the afternoon with a high of 81 degrees with Thursday night being mostly clear with a low of 56 degrees.
