Pittston Area Primary Center students learn about germs

Kindergarten students at the Pittston Area Primary Center were treated to a special lesson on the importance of hand washing through a program call “Germ City: Clean Hands, Healthy People,” a science-based educational program to promote awareness, effectiveness and frequency of hand hygiene at home and at school. The presentation was sponsored by a grant from Kohl’s through the Geisinger Health System.
