Morning commuters in the Wyoming Valley can expect mostly free-flowing traffic with the exception of the Pittston/Dupont Exit 175 on Interstate 81 North.
There is moderate to heavy traffic just before the exit. Getting off the exit is also heavily congested.
Most of Wyoming Avenue, between Kingston and Exeter, is moderately congested.
The North Cross Valley Expressway if moving freely with congestion at several on and off ramps. North River Street and Wilkes-Barre Boulevard is heavily congested throughout downtown Wilkes-Barre.
The intersection of William Street and the Pittston Bypass in Pittston Township is moderate congested.
Commuters will see moderate traffic on Route 315 in both directions.
