Last day of warm temperatures before cooler weather moves in

Warm temperatures will soon cool down as the Wyoming Valley will have one last day of temperatures in the low 70’s before seeing a significant drop.

The National Weather Service reported it was 56 degrees at 6:54 a.m. at the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre International Airport.

Temperatures will reach a high of 73 degrees today with a small chance of rain between 5 and 8 p.m. this evening as temperatures drop to a low of 43 degrees.

Friday will be sunny with a high of 53 degrees before temperatures reach a low of 33 degrees and Saturday will be mostly sunny with a high of 56 degrees and a low of 46 degrees.
