Kids took a hayride to Halloween fun at Healey Playground in Duryea Oct. 24

DURYEA — The Duryea Recreational Board sponsored its annual Halloween party Saturday, Oct. 24, at Healey Park, Foote Avenue and Wright Street. The event featured food, fun, costumes, candy and a haunted house. A hayride led participants from the Duryea Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1227 to the park.
