The calendar says spring, but cold air and precipitation will kick off the first week of the April.

The National Weather Service reported it was 14 degrees at 6:54 a.m. at the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre International Airport this morning.

Winds as high at 47 mph and a high of 37 degrees will kick off today with temperatures dropping down to a low of 32 degrees tonight.

Monday will see a high of 46 degrees and a 90 percent chance of rain during the day and a low of around 21 degrees at night.

Tuesday will be sunny with a high of 35 degrees and a low of 21 degrees in the evening.
