EXETER — Dates have been set for kindergarten registration for students living within the Wyoming Area School District for the 2016-17 school year.

Students living in Wyoming, West Wyoming, Harding, or Falls can register Monday, April 25. Students living in West Pittston or Exeter can register Tuesday, April 26.

Registration hours are from 9 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m and will be held at the Wyoming Area Secondary Center, 20 Memorial St., Exeter.

Any child turning 5 years old on or before Aug. 31 should be registered, and parents are asked to bring their child to registrations for hearing, vision and readiness screenings.

Birth certificate, valid proof of residency and the following immunizations are required for children to enter school:

• Four doses of tetanus* (One dose on or after 4th birthday)

• Four doses of diphtheria* (One dose on or after 4th birthday)

• Three doses of polio

• Two doses of measles**

• Two doses of mumps**

• One dose of rubella (German Measles)**

• Three doses of hepatitis B

• Two doses of varicella (chickenpox) or evidence of immunity

*Usually given as DTP, DT or Td

** Usually given as MMR
