Students at Holy Redeemer High School were recognized for their accomplishments in the 2016 National Latin Examination, in which over 154,000 students from all 50 states and 19 foreign countries participate. In Latin I Alex Chan and Sarah Liskowicz were awarded gold medals and Noah Mangan earned a silver medal. Taylor Josefowicz, Bianca Mazzarella and George Strish received Cum Laude certificates. Latin II winners were Ryan Januszko, Thalia Charles and Isabel Panganiban receiving Magna Cum Laude certificates and Morgan Bienkowski a Cum Laude award.
