AVOCA — VFW Post 8335 Auxiliary will have its monthly meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 6 at the post home, 915 Main St. Dues for 2016-17 can be paid at this meeting.
The next Bingo at the Wilkes-Barre Veterans Affairs Medical Center will be held Wednesday, Oct. 12. Hostesses for this meeting will be Patricia Bartnicki and Aileen Exeter. President June Fitzgerald will preside over the meeting.
