Duryea residents can pay county and borough taxes at a discounted rate through April 7

DURYEA — County and borough taxes for Duryea residents are being collected at discount value until April 7.

Office hours during the rebate period are Tuesdays from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Duryea Borough Building, 315 Main St., Duryea. Taxes may also be paid by appointment at 79 Main St. Appointments may be made at 570-457-2482.

Taxes may also be mailed to the borough building. Include a self-addressed, stamped envelope if return receipt is requested.

Residents who haven’t received a tax bill should call 570-457-2482 as soon as possible.
