EXETER — The Wyoming Area School District will hold its yearly Scholarship Information Night for parents and students at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 11 in the high school cafeteria, 20 Memorial St.

Students in grades 11 and 12, along with their parents, are urged to attend, but the event is open to all Wyoming Area High School students and their parents.

The program will include a power point presentation highlighting the various scholarships offered to seniors on the school website. Also included will be helpful ideas about how to present a winning application.

Specific information will be shared by students and parents who have attended these programs in the past and who have taken the advice given, used it in the application process and have been successful in obtaining scholarships offered to seniors. There is a wide variety of awards offered and the specifics of these will be discussed.
