Traveling throughout the Wyoming Valley this morning looks to be fairly easy.
Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstate 81 in both directions. Routes 315 and 115 are also reporting free-flowing traffic. The one exception is Interstate 476.
Due to construction, the turnpike’s Exit 115 in Pittston Township is slow in both directions.
The North Cross Valley Expressway is clear of any traffic congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps. The Memorial Highway in the Back Mountain is seeing slight congestion near Trucksville.
Wyoming Avenue in Forty-Forty has moderate congestion near the Cross Valley. Stop-and-go traffic has been reported on Route 11 in Plymouth.
Near the Wyoming Valley Mall, some areas of moderate congestion are reported. Downtown is relatively quiet, but some minor congestion could be encountered on Wilkes-Barre Boulevard.
