Aside from some scattered areas of traffic congestion in the Wyoming Valley, it should be a smooth ride into work and school this morning.
Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstates 81 and 476. Some minor traffic congestion is reported on Route 315 in the area of East Main Street, while heavier congestion is reported on Route 115 near East Mountain Boulevard.
The North Cross Valley Expressway is free of congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps.
Downtown, minor traffic is reported on Wilkes-Barre/South Wilkes-Barre boulevards, while heavy congestion is reported on Public Square. Hazle Street is also reporting scattered areas of heavy congestion.
In Kingston, both Market Street and Wyoming Avenue are reporting scattered areas of heavy congestion.
