Commuters can expect mostly free-flowing traffic with areas of scattered congestion

Commuters in the Wyoming Valley can expect a congestion-free morning.

Free-flowing traffic is reporter on Interstate 81 and 476. There is moderate congestion on Route 315 in the area of East Main Street to Laird Street, while minor congestion is reported on Route 115 near East Mountain Boulevard.

The North Cross Valley Expressway is free of traffic congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps. The South Cross Valley Expressway is free of congestion.

Congestion is reported at intersections on Wilkes-Barre Boulevard in Downtown. Scattered areas of congestion are also reported on East Northampton, North Main and North River streets.

In Kingston, areas of minor and heavy traffic are reported on Market Street and Wyoming Avenue.
