Commuters, travelers can anticipate clear local roadways

Local traffic is light this holiday morning, with travelers and commuters having clear roadways as they head to work, school or to do some shopping to fill their holiday table.

Downtown Wilkes-Barre is mostly congestion-free, with some moderate congestion noted on pubic square.

Highway 309 is congestion free with light congestion near exits. Interstate 81 has some congestion near Pittston. Interstate 476 is congestion free.

Wyoming Avenue between Exeter and Plymouth has some areas of light congestion.
