Commuters could encounter some traffic on the way into work this morning.
Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstates 81 and 476. Route 315 is free of congestion, but some heavy congestion is reported on Route 115 in the area of East Mountain Boulevard.
The North Cross Valley expressway is free of traffic, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps.
Near the Wyoming Valley Mall, scattered areas of minor traffic are reported on Kidder and Mundy streets, with some heavy congestion reported on Spring Street.
Downtown, scattered areas of heavy congestion are reported on Wilkes-Barre Boulevard and South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard. Otherwise, minor congestion is reported on East Market, North Main and North River streets.
In Kingston, scattered areas of minor congestion are reported on Market Street and Wyoming Avenue throughout the borough.
