Commuters should have a smooth ride to work and school this morning to kick off the new week.
Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstates 81 and 476. Route 315 is also free of congestion, but some heavy congestion is reported on Route 115 in the area of East Mountain Boulevard.
The North Cross Valley Expressway is free of congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps.
Downtown is virtually free of traffic congestion, but some scattered areas of heavy congestion are reported on Wilkes-Barre Boulevard.
