Some traffic congestion could add time onto the morning commute

Some areas of traffic congestion could add some time onto the morning commute.

Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstate 81, while scattered minor traffic congestion is reported on Interstate 476.

Some minor congestion is reported on Route 315 in the area of East Main Street, while some heavy congestion is reported on Route 115 in the area of East Mountain Boulevard.

The North Cross Valley Expressway is free of traffic congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps.

Downtown is generally quiet, but some minor congestion could be encountered on Wilkes-Barre Boulevard and onto South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard. Scattered heavy congestion is reported on Hazle Street, and more minor congestion is reported on North and South River streets.

In Kingston, areas of heavy congestion are reported on Market Street, while scattered minor congestion is reported on Wyoming Avenue.
