Ozark completes boot camp

SAN DIEGO, Calif. — Private First Class Aaron M. Ozark recently graduated from Marine Corps Boot Camp in San Diego, California. He is currently completing Marine Combat Training at Camp Pendleton.

Upon completion of the training program, Ozark will became an Air Crew member. Ozark is the son of Master Sgt. John and Pam Ozark, Arizona. He is the grandson of Annie and the late John Ozark, Dupont. He is the great-grandson of the late John Sr. and Ruth Ozark.

Valenti joins Rapid Care

SCRANTON — The physicians of Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates recently announced that Samuel A. Valenti Jr., M.D., Pittston, has joined their practice at Rapid Care, an occupational medicine clinic.

Valenti is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Independent Medical Examinations. He is a member of the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners and the American Association of Medical Review Officers (MRO).

Crake named to dean’s list

READING — Sarah Crake, West Pittston, was named to the Albright College Dean’s List for the 2015 fall semester by obtaining a minimum 3.75 grade point average.

Drake is a senior theater major.

Blazosek named to dean’s list

CHESTER — Widener University Delaware Law School student Christopher Blazosek, Avoca, was named to the dean’s list for the 2015 fall semester by earning a grade point average in the top 20 percent of his class and division for the semester.

Kaczmarczyk named to dean’s list

WILKES-BARRE — Wilkes University student Patrick Kaczmarczyk, Duryea, was named to the dean’s list for the 2015 fall semester by obtaining a minimum 3.4 grade point average and carrying at least 12 credits.

Moluski named to dean’s list

SELINSGROVE — Samantha Moluski, Pittston, was named to the Susquehanna University Dean’s List for the 2015 fall by achieving a grade point average of 3.4 or higher.

Moluski is a psychology major, 2012 Pittston Area High School graduate and the daughter of Cindy Moluski.
