Commuters can expect free flowing traffic patterns

In spite of continuing rain, commuters should experience little trouble as they make their way to school and work today.

Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstate 81.

Interstate 476 is reporting scattered areas of minor congestion.

The North Cross Valley Expressway is experiencing some light congestion, especially on the off-ramps.

Wilkes-Barre Boulevard, North River Street, and South Main Street are experiencing light congestion.

In Kingston, Forty Fort and Plymouth scattered areas of minor and heavy traffic congestion are reported on Wyoming Avenue.
