Downtown, scattered areas of heavy traffic congestion are reported on Wilkes-Barre Boulevard and onto South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard. Minor traffic is reported on Hazle, East Market, West Market and North Main streets.

Scattered areas of minor congestion are also reported on North and South Rivers streets.

In Kingston, scattered areas of minor and heavy traffic congestion are reported on Market Street and Wyoming Avenue throughout the borough.
