Commuters should have a smooth ride into work and school to kick off the new week.
Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstate 81, but some areas of minor congestion are reported on Interstate 476. Some heavy congestion is reported on Route 315 in the area of East Main Street, while minor congestion is reported on Route 115 in the area of East Mountain Boulevard.
The North Cross Valley Expressway is free of traffic congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps.
Downtown, some minor traffic congestion is reported on Wilkes-Barre Boulevard in the area of Scott Street. Otherwise, the area is free of any other traffic congestion.
Kingston is also free of traffic congestion this morning.
