Scattered areas of traffic congestion in the Wyoming Valley shouldn’t cause major delays in the morning commute.

Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstates 81 and 476. Route 315 is free of congestion, but areas of minor and heavy congestion are reported in both lanes of Route 115.

The North Cross Valley Expressway is free of congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps. Widespread minor congestion is reported in the southbound lanes of the South Cross Valley Expressway.

Downtown, isolated areas of minor congestion are reported on Wilkes-Barre Boulevard and onto South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard. Areas of minor congestion are also reported on North Main, South Main, North River and East Northampton streets.

In Kingston, isolated areas of heavy congestion are reported at intersections along Market Street and Wyoming Avenue.
