YATESVILLE — JetSurge Power Cleaning finished the first half atop the Yatesville Bocce League. The Cleaners are led by Doc Campanella, Pat Williams, Mike Dudziec and Larry Rhodegherio.

Two teams closed out the first half in style by going undefeated. Colarusso’s Restaurant, led by sharpshooting Guy DePascale Sr., Al DeAngelis and Roger Wall, went 3-0. Blandina Apartments won both matches this week. The men of Wyoming are led by Phil Bosha, Jim Blandina, Bob Barbacci and Dave Stull. Stull is the odds on favorite for rookie of the year honors.

The new alignment in the league has paid dividends seeing that the top six teams all finished within three games of the leaders.

Plans are well under way for the league’s annual tournament which will held on Aug. 29. Any teams looking to register are to contact any league member or stop by the courts any Wednesday.
