Members of the Wyoming Area High School baseball team were introduced at a “Meet the Warriors” event at the high school recently. Senior Anthony Nardell, of West Pittston, was awarded the Melberger Award for outstanding academic and athletic excellence. Raffle tickets were sold as were sponsorships for the Andy Ashby game to be played at the end of the season at the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders field. Ron Musto is head coach of the Wyoming Area baseball team.
