Stan Waleski Basketball Camp begins June 26
LAFLIN — Registrations are being accepted for the Stan Waleski Basketball Camp for boys and girls in kindergarten through eighth grade from 9 a.m. to noon June 26-Aug. 4 at the St. Joseph’s Oblates gym.
The camp stresses fundamentals, skills, competitions, team play and fun with all players receiving a camp t shirt and certificate. The camp also features grouping by age and grade in boys and girls divisions.
The camp offers discounts for multiple family members attending and attending multiple camps.

Pittston Area Football Boosters meeting June 28
YATESVILLE — There will be a meeting for all Pittston Area Senior High School football players and parents at 6 p.m. Wednesday, June 28 at Cefalo Center, 5 Stout St.
This will be the start-up meeting for the season. Summer schedules and fundraising will be discussed, and player information will be gathered.

WA golf tournament is July 22
EXETER — The Annual Wyoming Area Pride/Golf Tourney weekend will be held Friday, July 21 and the tournament will be Saturday, July 22.
The tournament will have a 1 p.m. shotgun start and will be held at Four Seasons Golf Club, 750 Slocum Ave.
The cost is $85 per golfer which includes 18 holes of golf with cart, Captain & Crew format, food, refreshments, entertainment, and prizes.

Lady Monarch basketball camp is July 24-27
WILKES-BARRE — King’s College Lady Monarch Girls Basketball Camp will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. from Monday, July 24 through Thursday, July 27 at King’s College.
Camp is open to girls ages 8 to 16.
Registration includes T-shirt, games, instruction, and pool-time daily.
