Duryea native passes Maryland Bar Exam

Jeffrey L. Zavrotny, formerly of Duryea, has received notification that he has passed the Maryland Bar Examination. Zavrotny graduated from the University of Baltimore Law School on May 5, 2012 with Cum Laude Honors. He is a 1988 graduate of Seton Catholic High School and a 1992 graduate of King's College. He received his MBA in May 2008 from the University of Baltimore. Zavrotny is currently employed by the University of Baltimore as the Assistant Dean for Law Admissions and he also serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Baltimore.
Zavrotny is the son of Walter & Carol (Kupcho) Zavrotny of Duryea, the son-in-law of Elwood and Joyce (Anderson-Brady) Larson of Shavertown, brother of Michael Zavrotny of Collegeville. He currently resides in Abingdon, Maryland with his wife, Kimberly (Brady) Zavrotny and children John, 17 and Zoe, 13.
