Practitioner speaks to LCCC students

Patricia Lavan, public health dental hygiene practitioner for Rural Health Corporation, recently spoke with students enrolled in the Luzerne County Community College dental assisting program. She discussed the various public health programs and services available to the community and the role of the dental assistant in the specialty of public health dentistry.
