EXETER — Bettors anxiously held onto their tickets, hoping for a big win as the St. Barbara’s Parish annual Night at the Races kicked off Saturday, Oct. 22 at St. Anthony Center on Erie Street. The event featured horse betting, instant bingo, raffles and other games, as well as homemade food.
