ASHLEY — A 26-year-old Ashley woman threw a condom in a creek in an attempt to discard evidence after having sex with a 15-year-old boy, according to charges.

Police arrested Kala Evon Fuller, of West Hartford Street, on Wednesday after investigating the alleged incident inside her residence June 21.

According to a criminal complaint:

Officers responded to the residence after a report that juveniles were consuming alcohol, and Fuller was having sex with a teen boy.

An intoxicated 18-year-old woman told police her friend, Kala, supplied the alcohol. The woman claimed Fuller and her boyfriend ran out a rear door when police showed up at the front door.

Two cans of Long Island iced tea were removed from the house.

The teen boy told police he met Fuller through his 17-year-old brother. About two months after meeting, the teen boy claimed the relationship with Fuller became sexual.

The boy was hanging out at Fuller’s residence when Fuller arrived home upset. Fuller went to a second-floor bedroom and was soon followed by the teen.

The boy claimed they talked before having sexual relations on a bed. While having sex, the teen’s older brother opened the door and stopped them.

A 14-year-old girl told police she was called by a friend who was at the residence. After being told police were at the house, the 14-year-old went there to see what was going on and saw Fuller and the teen boy hiding from police.

Police say Fuller threw a condom in a creek to conceal evidence.

She was charged with statutory sexual assault, corruption of minors, indecent assault, tampering with evidence and furnishing alcohol to minors. She was released on $25,000 unsecured bail, which means she didn’t have to post any money to go free.
