Corpus Christi Parish sponsors pasta dinner March 10

WEST PITTSTON — Corpus Christi Parish’s Social Concerns Committee will hold “A Taste of Italy” homemade pasta and meatball dinner from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday, March 10 at the Immaculate Conception Church Hall, 605 Luzerne Ave.

Tickets are $12 for adults and $6 for children ages 12 and under. The public is invited to eat-in or take out.

The “A Taste of Italy” pasta dinner includes handmade sauce and meatballs with pasta, salad with a choice of homemade dressings, Italian bread, homemade cannoli and beverages all served to the sounds of traditional Italian music. Attendees may bring their own wine to accompany the meal.

Proceeds will be used by the parish’s Social Concerns Committee, a ministry of volunteers who recognize and answer the needs of the elderly, children and families in our local community who may be struggling.
