YATESVILLE — Members of the 2018 Pittston Area High School Homecoming Court were recently announced and the Homecoming Queen will be announced Thursday, Oct. 4 during a pep rally at the school.
The queen and her court will be honored during halftime of the Pittston Area football game on Friday, Oct. 5 when the queen will be crowned by the 2017 Homecoming Queen Bree Carpenter.
All members of the court and their escorts will also be treated to a luncheon by the Key Club on the day before the Homecoming game.
The Pittston Area School District is also celebrating the 50th anniversary the Pittston Area Senior High School. All members of the Class of 1969, the first class to graduate from the building, are invited and encouraged to participate in the homecoming festivities.
