AVOCA — Residents are reminded it is unlawful for any person owning or occupying any property, vacant or not, to permit any grass, weeds or any vegetation not edible or planted for some useful or ornamental purpose.
This vegetation cannot grow or remain upon such premises so as to exceed a height of 12 inches.
