Dan O’Brien
Dan O’Brien, son of Robin and Dan, resides in Duryea. His favorite teacher is Mrs. Miller and his most memorable moment was beginning his freshman year. His favorite food is pizza, favorite movie is “Transformers” and favorite celebrity is Will Smith.
Dan’s interests includes playing video games. The most challenging part of high school for him was studying and he looks forward to making money when becoming an adult. After graduation, he plans to attend college.
Jason Zagropski
Jason Zagropski, son of Donald Zagropski, resides in Dupont. His favorite teachers include Mr. Victor, Mr. Hopkins, Mr. Richards, and Mr. Blaskeiwicz. If Jason could start high school all over again, he would pick different classes. His favorite food is potato pancakes and favorite holiday is Halloween.
Some extracurricular activities Jason is involved in include track and field, wood shop and the Leo Club. His most challenging part of high school was worrying about making it to school on time because of the long line at Dunkin’ Donuts. If he could teach any class in the world, he would chose wood shop. After graduating, Jason plans to attene college for premed as he strives to become a doctor.
Virginia Myrkalo
Virginia Myrkalo, daughter of June and John, resides in Pittston. Her favorite teachers include Mrs. Miller, Mrs. Craig and Mr. Blaskeiwicz. Her favorite foods are French fries/mac and cheese and her favorite song is “Just Give Me a Reason.”
Virginia’s best friends include Tiffany Newell, Mikaela Moher and Jasmine Gage. Her plans after graduating include going to college. Extracurricular activities she is involved with are reading, Journalism Club, National Honor Society and volunteering at local hospitals. If Virginia could teach any class in the world, it would be theater or English.
