EXETER — The Cosmopolitan Seniors will meet at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 3 in St. Anthony’s Center. Hosts/Hostesses are: Theresa Blasavage, Toni Hall, Rose Mary Oliveri, Tony Oliveri and Ann Marie Shedlock.
Forty-five members attended the previous meeting. Vice president John Kovaleski led the group in prayer and song. Terri Mislan read the minutes of the previous meeting and Amy Alpaugh gave the treasurer’s report. After a brief meeting and planning for a Mardi-gras, refreshments were enjoyed and Bingo was played. The 50/50 winners were: Johanna Malinowski, Terri Mislan, Frank Schall, Helen Zarychta and Marge Zinkavich. Florence Stankoski won the special game prize, and the jackpot prize winner was Kay Haddock.
Membership in the club is open to all men and women aged 50 and up. Interested parties are invited to attend a meeting. There is no restriction as to residency or religious affiliation.
A trip to Sands Casino in Bethlehem is planned for February. Membership is not required. Call Johanna at 570-655-2720 for reservations and information.
