AVOCA — Borough officials remind residents that it is unlawful for dogs to run, disturb the peace, injure any human or any other domestic animal or create a nuisance in Avoca Borough. It is also unlawful to keep more than three dogs, nine months of age or older on any premises regardless of the number of owners.
