WEST PITTSTON — The Valley Laxers lacrosse team will hold final registrations for the 2015 season at the West Pittston Little League building.
The dates are as follows: 6 to 7:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 23; 6 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 26; 10 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 28. All registrations will be held at the West Pittston Little League building.
The organization is fielding the following boys teams: U9 born on or after Sept. 1, 2005; U11, born on or after Sept. 1, 2003; U13, born on or after Sept. 1, 2001; U15, born on or after Sept. 1, 1999. On the girls side, the Laxers will be fielding two teams: second, third, fourth grades and fourth, fifth, sixth grades.
Cost is $125 for U9, $150 for U11 and U13, $175 for U15. All girls players will be $125.
A US Lacrosse Association membership is required for each participant to complete your registration. Players will be responsible for their own equipment: lacrosse helmet, gloves, pads, stick and mouthpiece. All will be available to purchase (at a discounted rate) prior to the season.
