AVOCA — A meeting of the Avoca Neighborhood Crime Watch will be held at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 21 at the Avoca Borough Building. Guest speaker will be Atty. Girard Mecadon, who will speak on the criminal justice system and the effects of drugs on families and communities. The organization asks residents to support the program and police department.
