The Hughestown Police Department will host a Taser Instructor Certification Course for the Taser Model (s) X26, X26P and the X2 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 10 and Thursday, Dec. 11 at the Hughestown Borough Fire Hall, 42 Center St.
This course, which will be taught by the Taser International, will certify students to instruct others on the use of the tasers. Students are not required to be tased during training.
Tuition is $350 for new instructors and $175 for current instructors.
