The Pittston Kiwanis recently donated a portion of the profits from its spring fundraiser to the Friends of the Library at the Pittston Memorial Library. The $1,000 check was presented to the Friends before their May meeting by Kiwanis president, Don Shearer. The library uses the funds for both children’s and adult reading programs.
