Blanche N. Levack, 96, formerly of Exeter, died November 15, 2009, at Mountain View Care Center, Scranton.
Private services were held at the convenience of the family.
The arrangements were under the care of the Bednarski & Thomas Funeral Home, Wilkes-Barre.
